Included with every rental
Every scheduled visit follows the same eight steps, so your unit is as clean in week 12 as on day one.
Step 1
Waste tank emptied completely.
Step 2
Fresh deodorizing, sanitizing solution added.
Step 3
Walls, floor, seat, urinal and sink basin.
Step 4
Seat, latch, handles and foot pump.
Step 5
Water refilled; paper, soap and towels restocked.
Step 6
Outside cleaned and vents cleared.
Step 7
Door, hinges, latch, pump and base checked and logged.
Step 8
Unit secured and a service notice sent.

Where portable toilets are grouped together, the ADA Standards call for at least 5% of them, and no fewer than one, to be accessible. For construction sites we recommend 1–2 ADA units for every 10 units.
