How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day and next-day delivery is available in most service areas, subject to local availability. Most standard units can be delivered within 24–48 hours.
What’s the difference between a porta potty and a restroom trailer?
A porta potty is a single, self-contained unit that’s quick to place and cost-effective. A restroom trailer has multiple stalls, flushing toilets, running sinks and air conditioning, which suits weddings, corporate events and VIP areas.
Do you offer ADA-compliant restrooms?
Yes. We rent ADA porta potties, family-friendly ADA units and ADA restroom trailers, including accessible shower combos.
Is servicing included?
Yes. Porta potty and trailer rentals include regular cleaning and pumping on a schedule set by your usage.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for restroom and shower trailers during peak event season and storm season. We can often accommodate short-notice requests.
Do I need a permit for portable restrooms?
It varies by city, county and event type. Private property usually doesn’t need one, but public events and right-of-way placements sometimes do. Check with your local authority and we’ll help you plan the equipment the rules call for.
Can I combine different products in one order?
Yes. Bundle restrooms, hand-wash stations, showers, water systems and generators for one vendor, one contact and one delivery schedule.
Is Doodie Calls a franchise?
No. Doodie Calls owns its fleet and runs its own routes. Some locations operate under legacy names following acquisitions, such as Heritage Sanitation in Conroe, TX and Talquin Portable in Midway, FL, all backed by the same standards.
What are your hours?
Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, with 24/7 emergency support.
